FTP Site Information
Click on the button below:
PC users must use Internet Explorer, and Mac users must
use Safari with "passive ftp mode" turned off in
Preferences.
If asked, type in the following information:
USERNAME: gciftp
PASSWORD: gciftp08
You may also access the FTP server
by using FTP software and entering
the following information:
HOST: 24.106.39.114
USER ID: gciftp
PASSWORD: gciftp08
If using Fetch, go to Preferences - firewall, and turn off
Use Passive Mode Transfers (PASV).
• There will be two folders, an In folder and an Out folder.
• Double click on the In folder to open it.
• Drag and drop your files here.
• You cannot drop your files onto the closed In folder—it must be
opened first.
• You can only upload individual files or stuffed files—you cannot drag and drop whole folders.
• Do not use irregular characters in your file names.
• Please try to keep file names short.
