To take advantage of this postal discount all mail pieces must be sent to USPS for approval. They are requiring four days for review and must be submitted one week prior to the first mailing. We will send it in and do the work for you to get the discount. You just need to give us the extra days for approval. Specialty inks must be visible and distinguishable. Specialty papers must be connected to the marketing message. An Interactive mailpiece must include elements the recipient can physically manipulate.
